We don’t charge agency fees on most requests, so you get expert travel planning help without paying more than you would booking online. Cruises, Disney and Universal vacations, and many all-inclusive resort packages are generally planned with no additional agency fee because we are compensated by our travel partners. Custom Europe and international FIT itineraries and other complex planning services may require a professional planning fee, explained before planning begins. Destination wedding travel planning has no additional planning fee when the group and travel are booked with Northcutt Travel Agency. An agency Room Block Retainer is collected at contracting and setup; supplier room-block deposits and wedding deposits are separate. We do not book airfare-only requests. Please allow at least three weeks’ notice for new bookings.
