Resort Information

We will be staying at The Westin Beach Resort & Spa, St. Thomas, a beachfront resort offering spacious rooms, multiple pools, one-site dining, and easy access to shopping, excursions, and nightlife.

This is a non-all-inclusive resort, allowing you flexibility to enjoy resort dining or explore the Island.

Room Options & Pricing (Based on 2 adults per room)

All rooms feature 2 Queen beds. Pricing is subject to change until your deposit is submitted and processed.

  • Garden View: $1,925

  • Partial Ocean View: $2,048

  • Ocean View: $2,363

  • Terrace Ocean View: $2,591

How to Book

Step 1: Complete the booking form

Deposit: $50 per person (hotel-only)

Final Payment Due Date: April 30, 2026

Airport Transfers

Roundtrip airport transfers between St. Thomas Airport (STT) and the resort are not included.

  • Estimated cost: approximately $73 per person, roundtrip

  • Transfers will be offered as an optional add-on

  • Pricing will be confirmed closer to travel

    You may also arrange transportation independently

Mandatory Hotel Fees

(Paid Directly to the Resort)

The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and collected directly by the hotel at check-in or check-out and are not included in the package price:

  • Resort Fee: $75 per room, per night

    Mandatory hotel-imposed fees may not include tax and are subject to change.

    This is an estimate. The hotel will provide current fees and inclusions at check-in.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. There are no added agency fees for booking through me.

  • Booking through me allows you to:

    • Secure the trip with a low deposit instead of paying in full

    • Use payment plans

    • Receive centralized group coordination and support

    Lower rates found online are often pay-in-full and non-refundable. If you prefer that option, ask and I can price it.

  • Yes. Flights may be booked independently or added later through me.

  • Possibly. Availability depends on the room category. Note this in the booking form and I will confirm options and pricing.

  • If your roommate cancels, the room balance remains. You may:

    • Find a replacement roommate, or

    • Convert to single occupancy (price increases may apply)

    I will assist you with next steps if this happens.

  • Refund policies vary by rate. Many hotel rates are refundable until a certain date. After final payment, reservations typically become non-refundable. Your invoice will include full terms.

  • Final payment is due April 30, 2026.

  • No. Transfers are optional and estimated at $73 per person, roundtrip.

  • Yes. The hotel charges a mandatory resort fee of $75 per room, per night, payable directly at check-in or check-out. Fees are subject to change.

  • Yes, and it is strongly recommended for group travel. Insurance may cover cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, and baggage issues.
